normal;">除上述道路外，还包括福盈路和幸福外环路等。同时，幸福新城还新建改建幸福中路、冰轮路等14条道路，完成45公里地下管线配套提升，环海路也进行了提升改造。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: 思想要解放，修好路，做好绿化。这花不了几个钱，环境好了，学校的配套也跟上来啦。
幸福新区也靠海边离市区也近，这房子自然好卖啦
要是整天脏乎乎的，谁也不愿意买呀，老百姓又不傻！

要想富，先修路，不修路哪来的富？修建路是修建路，修路是修路。建新路需要审批，修旧路又不用，而且花销也没个标准。修而不建，腰缠万贯！
