normal;">同年，烟台发布《关于调整优化住房公积金相关政策的通知》，首套房公积金贷款首付不低于20％；二套房公积金贷款首付不低于30％；可提取公积金余额补充首付，且提取金额不影响贷款额度（新房）。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">1月，烟台发布《住房公积金个人住房贷款额度计算倍数调整的通知》。自2月1日起，公积金个人住房贷款额度计算公式中的“倍数”由20倍调整为30倍。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">3月，烟台发布《关于优化调整住房公积金相关政策的通知》。将调整住房公积金个人住房贷款的最高额度，由原来的60万提升至80万，购买高品质住宅的公积金贷款额度调整为90万。</p></section><section style="text-align: center;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: style="font-size: 15px;"><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">7月起，烟台住房“商贷”可直转“公积金贷款”。<br/></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">“商转公”直转业务是指符合条件的住房公积金缴存职工将已办理且尚未结清的商业性住房贷款（简称原商贷），经原商业贷款银行同意，转为住房公积金贷款时，无需自筹资金提前全额偿还原商贷，通过办理不动产“顺位抵押”登记手续，实现用住房公积金贷款资金直接结清原商贷的“商转公”业务新模式。</p></section><section style="text-align:
