normal;">在这些铁路规划中，<strong>潍烟、莱荣这两条高铁以及龙烟铁路市域化改造都涉及烟台</strong>，其中莱荣高铁已经于2023年12月初正式开通运营，位于烟台的莱阳海阳进入高铁时代。<br/></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">近年来，国家大力支持利用既有铁路富余能力，或对既有铁路适当改造后开行市域列车。国家发改委印发的《推动都市圈市域（郊）铁路加快发展意见》中明确提出，鼓励优先利用既有铁路，充分挖掘和释放运力，建设市域铁路、公交化开行市域（郊）列车。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">据此前报道，龙烟铁路市域化改造工程总长度47.5公里，全线设车站10座。其中烟台站至珠玑站，部分利用既有站线改造，珠玑站至大季家站新增龙烟复线，长度34.7公里，大季家站至蓬莱国际机场支线7.2公里为新建双线。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">改造工程总投资约90亿，贯穿烟台主要城区和机场、港口、火车站等交通要点，主要服务于市民通勤、空港海港乘客和游客，工期约两年半，对城市人流疏通意义重大。</p></section><section style="text-align: center;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 0;"><section
