15px;white-space: normal;">《通知》提出，将调整住房公积金个人住房贷款的最高额度，<strong>由原来的60万元提升至80万元。购买高品质住宅的公积金贷款额度调整为90万元。</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">此外，此次新政还对灵活就业人员的贷款政策进行了调整。<strong>原本需要连续正常缴存住房公积金24个月（含）以上的条件，现在调整为只需6个月（含）以上即可。</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">烟台灵活就业人员公积金贷款最高额度，按照公积金账户政策缴存余额倍数的贷款额度、俺规定首付贷款比例计算的贷款额度、俺规定首付比例计算的贷款额度中的最低值计算。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">1月30日，烟台市住房公积金管理中心发布了<strong>《住房公积金个人住房贷款额度计算倍数调整的通知》</strong>。自2月1日起，公积金个人住房贷款额度计算公式中的“倍数”由20倍调整为30倍。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">2023年年初，烟台将生育二、三孩职工家庭的改善型住房公积金贷款额度确定为最高额度70万，符合租赁住房提取条件的二、三孩职工家庭提取额度从每年16000元提高到24000元。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;"><strong>取消执行“认房又认贷”政策，公积金贷款、商业贷款所购房结清贷款后已出售的</strong>，以及全款购房已出售的，不计入家庭购房套数，以实际持有房屋数量认定。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">10月，<strong>烟台市住房公积金管理中心发布《关于调整优化住房公积金相关政策的通知》</strong>，其中有几个重点内容在当时也引起了不小的讨论。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"><strong>首套房公积金贷款首付不低于20％；二套房公积金贷款首付不低于30％；</strong>调整既有住宅加装电梯提取住房公积金政策，扩大至本人及配偶双方父母；可提取公积金余额补充首付，且提取金额不影响贷款额度（新房）。</p></section></section></section><p style="white-space: normal;"
