真实的事,北京一朋友买的中关村三小对面学区房,市价830万,总说厨房转不开腚,一直觉得是夸张,上个月有幸去北京膜拜一下,那个厨房铺着一块45X45的瓷砖。。。。只有一款块,只能一块。
